Sierra View in September

WellQuest Living will be an independent, assisted, and memory care community set on a beautifully landscaped 7.2-acre site bordering the cities of Granite Bay and Roseville. The community provides a two-story residentially-designed facility totaling approximately 108,000 sq. ft. Construction is expected to begin November 2018 and be completed in December 2019.

Sierra View will be providing site work and new construction of an 18,630 sq. ft., three-story above grade, 33-room elderly care / assisted living facility in Livermore, California. Construction is expected to begin October 2018 and be completed by August of 2019.

Sierra View is constructing two new buildings at the top of Sierra College Blvd with 360-degree views of the Sierra Foothills and Sacramento Delta. The two building spaces total more than 100,000 sq. ft. across a 15 acre property.

Sierra View recently completed a 1,977 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for Travis Credit Union in Concord, California. The project began last September and was completed on December 7, 2017. This was our third successful project with the Travis Credit Union group. Construction on our fourth branch began this July in Pleasant Hill.
