It steps outside the traditional retail design through the innovative use of materials, lighting, and mass. Renaissance Plaza has strong balance and harmony; through the use of angled parapets, canted columns, and flared awnings; this building is distinctive and energetic.

The 11,400 sq. ft. project is staged around an iconic tower feature made of colored glass and steel that acts as a defining feature as well as a landmark element. Generous storefront exposure and the use of reflective materials create additional appeal for patrons. Tenants include Peet’s Coffee, Panda Express and T Mobile
