Sierra View Partnered with Twin Steps Architecture to simultaneously complete design, permitting, and construction in a 9 Month period on (5) facilities in (5) different cities. Worked hand in hand with (5) distinct building departments to pull permits & address plan check comments in expedited fashion. Sierra View was the design building for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, and Telecommunications. Sites operated 7 days a week to meet schedule demands, all (5) locations were completed and opened to see patients on time.
