Sierra View began construction in September 2006 on the Jackson Rancheria Casino Hotel Public Safety Building. The building is the first Native American facility in California to establish a LEED certification; it has achieved Silver status in the USGBC building rating scale.
The 33,500 sf. Network Operations and Police and Fire Departments serve JRCH and Amador County.
The office building has been designed to support the Rancheria’s expanding needs well into the foreseeable future. Consisting of a Police and Fire Department and a Network Operations Center for the Jackson Rancheria Casino and Hotel., the exterior façade has extensive use of natural stone, stucco, architectural steel and rough sawn wood elements. The facility is equipped with raised computer access flooring throughout with a passive under floor air delivery system and a water cooled split air handler and cooling tower mechanical HVAC system. Other features include a 600kva back-up generator with a 1000 gallon propane tank.
