Fat’s Asia Bistro (Folsom)
|LOCATION: ||Folsom, CA|
|ARCHITECT: ||Baldauf Catton Von Eckartsberg|
|BUILDING SIZE: ||9,500 sq. ft.|
Fat’s Asia Bistro & Dim Sum Bar was designed by BCV Architects of San Francisco. The lead architect, Chris Von Eckartsberg, was inspired by the post and beam structure of ancient temples seen throughout Asia. The term “Asia Bistro” is intended to capture the classical designs of ancient China in a very contemporary European bistro type interpretation. The result is a hip new setting complete with palm trees, unique artwork and even colorful Chinese zodiac characters.
