Description: The project consists of upgrading the exterior facade of Rite Aid as well as Shell improvements and Tenant Improvements for a new Ross Dress for Less. Scope of work also includes site upgrades (paving, utilities, landscaping).

Schedule: Project started on August of 2009 and is scheduled for January 2010 completion.
