Mark Davis
President
Mark began Sierra View as a one-man operation back in 1979, after attending the University of California at Davis. The business grew and he incorporated in 1985. His early niche was in the construction of restaurants but he quickly expanded into other arenas. Mark and Sierra View work with national companies but also with many locally owned businesses. Mark serves on the board of directors for the Placer County SPCA and Granite Community Bank. He formerly was Board Chairman of the Sutter Roseville, Medical Foundation, on the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Placer County and is the past president of the Placer County Fair Association, Roseville 20/30 Club and belongs to the Roseville Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. Gary Graves
Director of Project Development
Gary brings to Sierra View over 30 years of construction experience as a general contractor, commercial project manager and construction consultant. His career includes the design and construction of over 300 commercial buildings, homes, and remodels. Projects range from multi-story office building, large public school projects and manufacturing and warehouse buildings with project values up to $29 million. Gary attended the University of Santa Clara where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and played on their nationally rated basketball teams. He has been employed by companies including Nathan Construction (now Panattoni Construction) in Nevada, North Carolina and California, BCM Construction Company in California and Oregon, and owned his own design/build construction company called WestSierra Construction Company for 25 years. Gary has also worked for several years in the precast concrete industry.
Rich Bricker
General Superintendent
Rich has been with Sierra View for eleven years. Rich has over 36 years
in the construction industry and his experience ranges from military
(defense) work to historical restorations. Missile silos, military air
runways, plane hangers, hospitals, schools, court houses and police stations
are just a few of the types of projects he has worked on over the years.
He has worked for national construction contractors and has held positions
including carpenter, estimator, general superintendent and project manager.
Rich holds a pilot license, NHRA Top Fuel License and received an honorable
discharge from the U.S. Navy. He served on the board of directors for
the Rocklin Little League for 10 years. He also served as President of

Robert Downey, P.E., LEED AP
Vice President of Construction
As Vice President of Construction for Sierra View, Rob is responsible for
field operations and personnel related to all construction. Over the
years Rob has managed many of Sierra View’s most challenging and
complex industrial, church, office, recreation facilities and restaurant
projects. Prior to Sierra View, Rob worked for two internationally renowned
General Contractors. Rob received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
from San Jose State University and is a registered Professional Engineer
for the State of California. Additionally, Rob is a member of the American
Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association, and the
American Concrete Institute. He is also on the Board of Directors and
is the past president for the Christian Valley Community Services District.

Rodman Michael Marquez,
LEED AP
Director of Preconstruction
Rodman brings a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Fresno State and his 15 years of project management and estimating experience to the Sierra View Preconstruction Department. As Director of Preconstruction, Rodman helps Sierra View deliver highly valued and the most comprehensive preconstruction services to our clients. Under Rodman's direction, Sierra View's approach to these services establishes accurate and dependable cost models to ensure project success. He has continued his education in 3D / 4D technologies through the CIFE summer program at Stanford University and is familiar with LEED Certified project strategies. He is currently active in the ACE Mentor Program and serves the community as a Board Member and coach for youth swim and soccer teams. Interested in Preconstruction?
Autumn Heacox
Marketing/Community Relations Manager
As the manager of marketing and community relations, for Sierra View, Autumn specializes in proposal response, graphic/ad design, fostering relationships within the community, as well as charitable giving and non-profit volunteering. She also assists in public relations, acquiring new business, and strategic planning. Currently, she is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, the Roseville Chamber of Commerce (Chair of the Leadership Roseville Class of 2007), the Public Relations Society of America, the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Placer, Performing Arts of Roseville, the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization, the Rotary Club of Roseville, and the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce (Leadership Sacramento Class of 2008); she serves on various committees within these organizations. Currently, Autumn is the Chair (2009 and 2010) of the Metro Chamber’s new young professionals program: Metro EDGE. She received her B.A. in Public Relations from CSU Sacramento.
